collective.at tries to keep shipping as cheap as possible, so we offer shipping with Österreichische Post and DPD. Payment options include paypal and bank transfer in advance. If you decide to pick up the parcel at our shop in Vienna, you can also pay there with cards. Free delivery is available for orders above € 80 in Austria and € 120 to Germany. Bulky stuff is the exception for this (e.g. furniture). You can return purchased goods within 14 days from the arrival date of your parcel, providing they are still in an unused condition, and you will be refunded the full purchase price. Postage must be paid for all returned goods, as packages without postage paid will not be accepted. These costs will be reimbursed to you if a mistake is made on our part in the delivery or if the goods were damaged.
