I would like to login as a new customer, but can't find a "register" button?
Please either klick on "account" in the upper-right corner, or simple register at the checkout!

I can't access my shopping cart?
You can either klick on "cart" in the upper-right corner, or use the icon (small arrow) in the cart box on the left side!

How much is shipping exactly?
Shipping will be calculated at the checkout, depending on weight and delivery adress – so you need to be logged in! You can of course still cancel the order if it's too expensive or if you just changed your mind.

I want to cancel my order, is this possible?
You can cancel/send back within 2 weeks after delivery according to e-commerce law. Further informations can be found in the terms&conditions section!

I need to transfer money for a cash-in-advance order?
Please make payments to Erste Bank, BLZ: GIBAATWWXXX, Kto. AT042011129221751000.
Don't forget to add the order number as subject!

Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes - payments should be adressed to shop@collective.at

Is it possible to pick up items?
You can pick up ordered items in Vienna at the sixxa store, but only upon request! The adress is Kirchengasse 22 in 1070 Vienna.

Do you offer shipping with "cash on delivery"?
At the moment we just do this for austrian orders, due to the additional fees. But if there's a way to expand this service, we'll do it for sure!

I have to return an item, what do I need to do?
Please send return items to collective.at, c/o sixxa store, Kirchengasse 22, 1070 Wien. We will refund the paid money as soon as the parcel is here.
